Dari Teratak Maklang: Full house:)

Assalamualaikum...

Alhamdulillah it is Monday again. The house is once again quiet after a full house last weekend. My darlings came back last Thursday, arriving quite late at around 12 am. They drove back with 3 of Dhirah's ex-schoolmates and with Yusof too. I was so happy that nite to see all of them! Alhamdulillah..

As usual, when all are around, I am the most busiest..hehe...cooking of coz! What else would a wife and mother do for their loved ones after so long being apart! Although I met Dhirah last 2 weeks at Wan's, it is not the same as having her back in the house. And of coz when the hubby is back, I just love to serve him the food that I've cooked! And he specifically requested that the food that he eats has to be by me. If not all, then the main dish should be by me. Alhamdulillah...I just love to do all that..

Friday macam biasa is pasar tani day. I took a Friday off from the pasar tani. So, Abang went with Along to see whats available..Foodlaa apalagi. Dhirah nak sangat makan laksam, nasi dagang and all...I asked for nasi kerabu, but they bought nasi dagang for me and both Abang and Dhirah claimed that I said nasi dagang instead of nasi kerabu! what a slip of the tougue..and the mind and tongue did not coordinate...huhu..I think I have to cook nasi kerabu this week...terasa sangat nak makan...:), InsyaAllah.

Friday tu ramai yang nasib tak baik. After lunch of kerabu mangga, tahu goreng with sambal kicap cili api...ramai yang kena sakit perut. Siap2 makan...Adoi...perut sudah bagi signal. Then later that nite Along, Abang and kakak kena attack yang sama. Kami cuba nak tengok apa lah yang menyebabkan semuanya sakit perut. lepas dah elminate one by one...rupanya sambal kicap cili api punya hal...huhu...sori2 laaa...agaknya sebab kicap tu dah lama buka botolnya dan dah lama tak pakai! since dah tak ada kicap cap Bango, so terpaksa lah pakai ABC yang kepekatannya agak sama...serik rasa nak makan.

Wani, hubby, Najib and along came to our house late Friday evening. Jamu mereka makan lontong. Alhamdulillah...Terasa sangat nak makan lontong tapi perut terlampau kenyang sebab we went to a friend's house sebab ada makan2. Sedap jugak makan rendang dengan pulut palas.

Come saturday...I was alone again. Cik Abang went to attend a get-together with year 1980 SMART alumni in Kuantan. Along went out to see some of her friends. So lunch was a mere nasi goreng sotong yang kakak and Angah masak. Oklaa sebab that morning I went out with Abang, Hakim and Yusof for some nasi lemak and roti canai...Lamanya tak makan roti canai... Tengah berangan nak buat sendiri ni and store dlm fridge!...InsyaAllah

I checked-in the kitchen around 3:40 pm that Saturday, when Abang wanted to eat pisang goreng. So there I was till around 530 doing some cooking with the help from kakak. Bibik was not well so I asked her to rest ( which I do not know if she was resting or not...! Susah sgt nak suruh rehat!) Along pulak sengaja nak suruh mak buatkan ayam bakar...Dhirah tak nak yang biasa pakai bbq sos tu mak...Dhirah nak yang mak buat yang mak mixed the spices sendiri...hmmm...macam2..then nak buat mac and cheese sebab tengok kat FB ada kawan yang buat. Maklang mmg tak pernah buat sendiri. Dhirah and Alang pandai laa sebab I am not into cheese so much.. .So, lepas buat the white sos, Along lah continued with the baking of the M&C. Sempat gak kacau2 pengat pisang and also the puding kastad yang tak berapa nak jadi...So, that nite was a big feast for us laa...Ustadz pulak langkah kanan sebab when we were about to eat, Ustadz pon sampai:)...So we invited him as well and the ngaji session was after dinner! Alhamdulillah

abang put a hand in the kitchen the last half hour. he made this pan fried steak...wow...sodap you sekali sekala merasa En. suami masak...Love you ...:) n TQ

Abang said that this campak2 salad and pasta was exceptional...haha..paling senang...bukan apa tu..lama sgt dia tak makan kot!

our 3 big casserole full of M&C. Malam tu 2 hampir 2 licin. Satu lagi simpan utk nak bawak balik ke KL:)

Semalam I made cookies lagi. Along nak Famous Amos choc chip. Buatlah 2 adun. Pukol 11 dah siap sekerat and kakak continued. Sebab semua tray dah habis. so, nak tunggu shift tray lain...lama lah pulak. I had to complete some more RE for a friend. Dia nak besok. Now, I need to add some more manik to make it look nicer. Air pulak tak ada semalam...Alahai...nasib baik by Zuhur dah ada air. Alhamdulillah...

Petang dah tak best! They went back to KL around 5:20pm. Waited for Angah to come back from school but she arrived late. about 5 mins after they left Angah pon sampai...hmmm..tried to call her but dia tak ada bawa phone. Kesian tak dapat jumpa Abah and Along...

So, today InsyaAllah will be a full day with the RE. Need to complete jadi bag 1 RE or kalau sempat 2. need to assemble a few RE kits..insyaAllah..I am all to myself today. Masak pon sempoi2 jelaa utk bujang as the rest are fasting today InsyaAllah:)
